We run your whole job search for you. A real ex-recruiter, not a bot, applies to roles that fit you, emails hiring managers directly to get you noticed, and writes you a prep sheet before every interview. You show up to the interviews. We do the rest.
Our average client accepts an offer about three months after onboarding, and onboarding takes about two weeks. Our fastest got hired in eight days.
A normal recruiter works for the company. They're paid by the employer, they're filling the employer's jobs, and you're just one name in their stack. We're the opposite. You hire us, so we work for you. We chase the roles you actually want, and we have your back when it's time to talk salary. One person, focused on getting you hired.

Once your applications are in, we find the best-fit companies and email the hiring managers and decision-makers directly, with follow-ups. It goes out under your own name, never a generic mass-mailer. We're not about to blast your name around and burn your reputation.
Before every interview, we hand you a prep sheet on the company: what they do, who they compete with, the questions they're likely to ask, strong answers based on your background, and a few sharp questions for you to ask them. Yes. Every client gets a clean personal site under their own name, built by us during setup. We've found people get more interviews when there's a real site attached to their applications. Here is a real client site we designed and built:

Here's what we will promise: we work your search hard, we aim for at least one good interview a week once you're live, and the big part of our fee only hits after you're hired. And if we don't get you at least 3 qualifying interviews in your first 4 months, your full deposit comes back. We call it the 3-Interview Guarantee, it's written into every agreement, and for scale, we've refunded exactly one person on it in the past year.
Just under 7 in 10 of our paying clients land a job through us, and the rate runs a little higher at the senior end. Every application, interview, and offer is logged on a live sheet, so when you ask us for a number, it comes from a ledger, not a guess.
The biggest chunk of your fee is tied to you landing a job, so if we don't place you, you never pay it. You start with a refundable deposit, and everything is broken into steps instead of one big bill, so you're never paying for a result you didn't get.

Honestly, the deposit doesn't even cover what we spend on you. Building your resumes, your site, your LinkedIn, and your first month of applications costs us more than the deposit brings in, so we're underwater on every client until you're placed. It exists so both sides have skin in the game, and it's protected by the 3-Interview Guarantee either way.
Both. On your kickoff call we set two numbers together, a floor and a target, based on what you've made and what the market pays for your roles. Then when offers come in, we negotiate with you the whole way: when an offer is strong we'll say so, and when it comes in low we'll often tell you to hold out, since plenty of clients end up choosing between offers. Our average placed client signs about $24,000 above their floor.
Go right ahead, plenty of clients do, and here's the part that matters: if you take a job we didn't find, you owe nothing beyond the deposit. No success fee at all. The shared sheet keeps us from double-applying, and if you spot a role you like, send it over and your recruiter will apply for you.
Anything you're already in before you start with us is yours. We list those out in your agreement on day one, so there's never a question later of whose lead was whose. And if one of them turns into an offer you accept in your first 30 days, your entire deposit comes back. That's written into the agreement, and we've honored it twice this year.

Experienced people going after six-figure roles, usually with a real specialty, senior individual contributors up through executives. We turn away entry-level candidates and profiles we're not confident we can place, because most of our fee only exists if you land. Being picky is what keeps our placement rate where it is.

We keep it quiet. Applications only go out with your okay, outreach goes under your name instead of getting blasted around, and we never post anything that hints you're looking.
