We run your whole job search for you. A real ex-recruiter, not a bot, applies to roles that fit you, emails hiring managers directly to get you noticed, and writes you a prep sheet before every interview. You show up to the interviews. We do the rest.
Our average client accepts an offer about three months after onboarding, and onboarding takes about two weeks. Our fastest got hired in eight days.
Results & Guarantees
Nobody can honestly promise you a job. That's the employer's call, and you should be a little suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Here's what we will promise: we work your search hard, we aim for at least one good interview a week once you're live, and the big part of our fee only hits after you're hired. And if we don't get you at least 3 qualifying interviews in your first 4 months, your full deposit comes back. We call it the 3-Interview Guarantee, it's written into every agreement, and for scale, we've refunded exactly one person on it in the past year.

You can verify us directly with the Washington State Department of Revenue, and we're happy to send over our registration paperwork, the founder's LinkedIn, and client testimonials so you can check us out before you commit to anything.
Experienced people going after six-figure roles, usually with a real specialty, senior individual contributors up through executives. We turn away entry-level candidates and profiles we're not confident we can place, because most of our fee only exists if you land. Being picky is what keeps our placement rate where it is.
